What exactly is a POS system?

POS stands for point of sale system. That system is what you use as a business to keep track of all buying and selling of products.


What makes your POS system different?

First off, we are a small family run company with this POS system being our full time baby. We aren’t some large corporation that will leave you on hold for hours to answer your questions. We work directly with you and your business for as long as it takes to customize any unique request you might have. This system is tailored specifically for dispensaries and to be a user friendly web application for you and all your employees. In the dispensary industry it can be very difficult to put in specific orders because of the unique pricing that items often have, this POS offers a very simple step process to name - price - and sell these items while still keeping an accurate inventory. One of the biggest perks as an owner is that our online dashboards are viewable on your mobile devices with real time date and detailed revenue reports that keep you updated no matter where you are.


How much does your Software cost?

The monthly cost is $400 which includes your own discrete and unique link to the POS, unlimited use of the system, unlimited 24hr customer service and training if needed. There is no start up fee. (Have multiple shops? Contact us for a custom quote)


Do I have to buy the software for each computer/tablet in my shop?

Great news, NO! There is no maximum amount of screens that can be connected to one software. We only charge the monthly fee and you can access the software from all phones, tablets and desktops in the shop.


Do my employees see the same dashboard that I do?

This is totally up to you. Your dashboard is fully customizable.


Does this work on Androids and Macs?

Yes! our software works on all platforms.


Does the software work at a business without fast internet?

Yes! It takes very little internet so it should not be a problem even with spotty wifi. We have clients who use the entire system everyday with just a cellphones wifi hot-spot and it runs fantastic.


If I need something updated on my system, how quick can you make that change?

It depends on how big the change is but most alterations can be made within a matter of minutes.


If I have questions who do I call for help?

The developer directly handles all calls.


How long does it take to implement the system for our shop?

About 15 minutes.


Does your system record orders?

Yes, all orders are recorded and you have the accessibility to search any customer and locate all orders by that customer.


What happens if our shop closes abruptly?

Contact us immediately. We always respond instantly to accommodate any unique requests such as data dumps.
